Renova's waste-to-energy plant in Gothenburg is one of the most efficient in the world. Here, we process up to 550,000 tons of combustible waste while producing electricity and heat. Therefore, we want you to be unpretentious, receptive, and have very good communication and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and interested in new technology. You have an interest in working on development issues, and you are happy to contribute your ideas in the work with continuous improvements in line with our Lean-based approach. Of course, you have an interest in environmental issues!
